Let's talk College Applications: Rolling Admissions
Rolling admissions will truly be a life saver as students, families, and parents will have to make decisions based on uncertainty. This specific application style definitely takes the pressure off compared to early action, early decision, and even regular decision!
Let’s examine why.
Rolling admissions allows you to apply within a window of time, which usually starts in early September to late March of the following year.
However, with this type of flexibility, they will keep admitting or rejecting students until the spots are all filled. Additionally, some schools highly recommend you to apply by a certain date within the window to be considered for the maximum amount of scholarship. Here is our advice with rolling admissions:
- Do Your Research and make sure the deadlines are correspondent with third party websites and the schools’ website.
- Don’t be fooled by flexibility – Prepare accordingly and BEFORE the deadline!
