How and where can I go to register for any program at Ivy Test Prep?

Ivy Test Prep offers a variety of ways to register for its programs. Parents and students can either sign up on line or face-to-face. If you plan to sign up online you must visit our website www.ivytp.com , scroll down, search for the column “QUICK LINKS”, then finally click “SIGN UP FOR A CLASS” link. That button should direct you to our registration website.

If you plan to register face-to-face you must visit our central office at 196 Paterson Ave 3rd Floor, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 between the hours of 10:00 A.M – 4:00 P.M (Monday –Friday). Then you must ask to either speak with Director Zorba or Assistant Director Velves.

How big is the class size for each program?

At Ivy Test Prep, we desire quality over quantity. Thus we try to maintain small class size— no larger than 8. In this fashion, our instructors are able to provide their students with the attention they need to learn the material.

How do I make a payment?

A.

Ivy Test Prep makes great effort in easing the worries of our students and parents especially when it comes to payments. Parents can choose to either pay in person by check, credit card, or cash or through our website. If through the online format, you must visit our website www.ivytp.com, scroll down, search for the column “QUICK LINKS” (it should be on the bottom left), then click “MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT”. Once you click the link, you will be brought to a page that allows you to pay either through PayPal or debit or credit card. Once you fill out the form, you just need to press “PAY”, and then you will be given an invoice number, which you keep for your record.

What is the age range for Ivy Test Prep students?

Depending on the program you apply for, the program can cater to students from ages 11 to 22.

What is the ONLINE PORTAL?

The “ONLINE PORTAL” is a way for parents to review and assess their child’s progress instantly through the PROCTORED SAT Exams that are given several times throughout the SAT and ACT program.

My child just took an Assessment Test at Ivy Test Prep, how soon can I see the score?

A.

At Ivy, we know how important scores are to our students and parents. With that said, we offer a way for students and parents to receive the SAT, ACT, or PSAT scores within the week the student took the Test. You can visit our website www.ivytp.com, scroll to the bottom of the page, find the heading “FOR MEMBERS”, then find “ONLINE PORTAL”, press the link, finally you will be brought to a new page that is titled “LOGIN TO ONLINE SCORE TRACKER”. You must then place in the student’s “USERNAME” and “PASSWORD, then press “LOGIN”.

If done correctly, you will be brought to a page where you can track your child’s test scores that he/she took within the past year. You even have the option of downloading the score sheets for your records.
