Scheduling & Cancellation
At Ivy Test Prep, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our tutors and students, we have the following policies in place:
- Rescheduling and Cancellations:
- All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be received by our office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be billed for the full session.
- No-Shows:
- If a student does not show up for their scheduled session, the session will be billed for the full planned length of time.
