Classes are offered in one-on-one and semi-private sessions with experienced teachers, at Ivy headquarters in Lyndhurst as well as online via Zoom. Semi-private sessions will pair no more than two students with one teacher. Program hours and schedule will be decided based on your diagnostic test performance and official test date.

Diagnostic test scores systematically reveal subject areas, concepts and types of questions that a student particularly finds difficult. Based on your strengths, weaknesses and expected level of improvement, Ivy’s expert counselors will formulate the number of tutoring hours required. Our goal is to create the most personalized, flexible and affordable program for you.

The long and short answer is– at a neutral location most convenient for you! Ivy’s network of experienced teachers crosses city, state and even national boundaries. While registering your interest in our programs, please include your ZIP code, and we will provide you with a tutor most suitable for your specific academic needs, budget and commute.
